How we handle items that have been left behind.

• All items that have been brought in for your reception must be removed as your reception concludes. Things like cake accessories, party favors, decorations and such, need to be removed during your one hour of teardown.
• Vendors vendors must remove all property, equipment and supplies during the hour of tear down.
• Occasionally we do find cell phones, umbrellas and personal items that have been left behind during a reception. Your guests can feel free to call us during business hours to inquire about any personal items that may have been left.
• Anything that you have left behind can be picked up at a later date, if we find it. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property. We will return any personal items in the condition that it was found, but will not be responsible for the condition it was found.

We do not keep office hours at the Chateau, but will arrange a time for you to pick up any lost items.
