Here's what we offer

 

One large Room

The stage, dance floor, bar, food tables and guest tables are visible from everywhere in the room. Your guests will be able to see everything that's going on. 

Guest Capacity

We can accommodate up to 350 seated guests. A cocktail style reception can accommodate up to 450 guests. Most of our receptions require seating for every guest. But, for a cocktail style reception, we utilize cocktail tables with many guests mingling, so not everyone has a permanent seat. Some reception halls overstate their capacity and have cramped receptions. Not here!

Tables and Chairs

We include tables and chairs in our pricing. Some reception halls don't have them included in their price and sometimes the tables are not a good size or the chairs are not what you want.

Decorations

We have many nice decorations that are included in our rental cost. When you visit a reception hall, ask if everything that you see during your visit going to remain for your event because sometimes the decor you see is set up for another party and will not be there for your event.

Large Dance Floor

If dancing is an important part of your reception, we have a dance floor that is professional and beautiful. Some reception halls have carpeted floors and a rented dance floor is needed -- and the cost of adding a dance floor is substantial. Other reception halls designate areas that are not very good for dancing. You may end up with your dance area in a small cramped corner.

Professional Dance Lights

We provide dance floor lights, a disco ball and even a fog machine. Professional dance lighting will really add to the dancing enjoyment of your guests. Most DJ's have dance lighting available, but they often charge extra to bring them.

Large Bar Area

We have a bar that is permanent, attractive and professionally equipped. Many reception halls don't have a bar and you'll need to rent one or make other provisions.

Professional Pin Lighting

Most reception halls don't have theatrical lighting. Professional lighting creates a dramatic effect and will showcase your cake tables, food food tables and overall reception area. Our theatrical lighting is included at no additional charge. We do have a dramatic lighting package for those interested in taking their lighting to the next level.

Party Captains

We have event specialists available to oversee your event. Let's face it, sometimes things don't go quite according to plan. Fuses occasionally blow, lights need turned up or down and sometimes adjustments need to be made to air conditioning or heating. Our event specialist will also help receive and direct vendors making their deliveries for your event.

A Nice Parking Area

Our parking area is convenient, spacious and well lit. Valet parking is not necessary. Some reception sites require valet parking and the cost is substantial.

Room Decor

4The Chateau is often described as charming, a fairly land, romantic and warm. The room was originally designed for use as a dinner theatre and is now decorated with beautiful "French Country" accents. Our hall is decorated with hundreds of twinkle lights, paper lanterns and lots of beautiful fabric.
