Buffet Options

• Consider adding a chef manned station to your menu offerings. Your guests will love the interaction with our chefs, the freshly prepared foods and the personalized service.
• Greet your guests with a beautiful fruit and cheese cascade as they arrive. This menu offering is a beautiful food display that gives your guests something to snack on until the main food service begins.
• As your guests arrive, they could also be greeted at the entrance with a hot or cold beverage.
• You may want to consider additional beverages to your menu. In warm months, choices like Pink Lady Punch, Lemonade, Peach or Raspberry Tea are popular. In cooler months, we suggest serving hot chocolate, hot buttered rum or warm cider.
• We can add hand dipped scoops of ice cream to your wedding cake offerings. A server will add hand dipped ice cream to each piece of served wedding cake.

• Servers can pass a house selection of butler-passed hors d'oeuvres as guests arrive.
• You can also host a gourmet coffee bar that includes whipped cream, cinnamon sticks & chocolate sprinkles, flavored creamers, sugars and chocolate stir sticks.
• Rent our columns and create a fruit & cheese oasis, like the one you see below. You can also use our columns to create a beautiful cake table areas or even wedding ceremony areas.

• We have additional styles of service that can be added. We can serve a seated, plated meal to your guests or serve a meal family style.
• You can choose from laminated, crystal, or china plating.
• We have silverware that can be presented in baskets or trays, or we can pre-set them.
