Blue Ribbon Brunch Package

• Your choice of menu level. Scroll down page for an explanation of menu levels.
• Menu items are presented on silver trays, in pretty baskets, on beautiful stands and in nice chafers. A centerpiece for the buffet table is also included.
• One additional non alcoholic beverage will be added to your menu.
• You will be upgraded to glass plating, glass drink ware and linen napkins.
• Your choice of punch or iced tea will be added to any menu.
• Coffee served in our samovar with all condiments. Your choice of regular or decaf.
• Your menu will be printed on specialty paper and placed at the beginning of the buffet. Your guests will be able to view the entire menu you selected.
• Special boxed food presentation for the bride and groom to take as they leave.
• We will provide servers to cut and serve your cakes.

Bar

• Up to three hours of unlimited Mimosas for your guests.
• Kegged beer. Your choice of domestic brands.
• Peach Bellinis served in saucer champagne glasses.

Hall

• Hall rental for 5 1/2 hours. 1 1/2 hours of setup, 3 hours of reception time and 1 hour of  teardown. Your event must end by 3:00PM.
• The hall rental also includes the setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• Our guest tables are round and seat 8-10 people. Up to 35 tables will be available for your use. The exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size.
• You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
• All of your guest tables draped with white linens. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
• We will drape and skirt up to six service tables.

Service Amenities

• Select beautiful guest table centerpieces from many unique styles. Many of our clients enjoy mixing and matching them. *Centerpiece treatments include ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and flower petals. Centerpiece treatments have an additional cost unless specifically stated in your package.
• Your centerpiece selection is upgraded to include your choice of two treatments.
• We will reserve seating with reserved signs for special guests and family members.
• The room is decorated with up to six ficus trees, complete with twinkle lights.
• Scented candles will be placed in the men and women's restrooms.
• There is an antique flower cart that will be placed in the foyer and be available for your use. Many of our receptions use this cart as a gift receiving table. *Flower cart can be decorated.
• 22X35 elevated dance floor with spectator railing.
• Raised stage for your band or DJ.
• We will use our professional stage lighting to create a dramatic effect on your cake and buffet tables.
• The DJ will have the complete use of our specialty dance floor lighting. We have fun party lights and even a disco ball. A fog machine is also available.
• Decorated arbor with tiny twinkle lights behind cake table.
• An attractive birdbath will be located in the foyer and is available for displaying your bubbles or favors.
• We have a pretty glass topped iron table with mirror and sign-in light that will be located in foyer for your use. This table can be used by guests to register their names in your guest book.
• Your names will be placed on one side of our outside sign.
