Business Meeting Space

• Hall rental for four hours
• The hall rental also includes the setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• Our guest tables are round and seat 8-10 people. Up to 35 tables will be available for your use. The exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size.
• You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
   

Access to the facility is two hours prior to event time, four hours for event, one hour of teardown and cleanup. Day time events must end be out of the building by 4:00 PM. Each additional 30 minutes is $59.

• To secure the date a non-refundable $100 deposit is required.
• Deposits must be accompanied with a signed contract.
• The remaining balance is due in full, 14 days prior to the event.
• Catered for You is our in-house caterer. You may provide your own food and service, elect to have no food available or select your caterer for an additional fee of 300.00 on weekdays and 450.00 on Saturday AM and 600.00 for Saturday PM.
• All alcohol must be purchased through and served by Catered For You.
• We require a security deposit in the amount of $200.
