Corporate Events-Prices-Fort Worth-Reception Hall-Chateau at Forest Park

This package includes the rental of the facility PLUS:

Hall rental for four hours
All setup, teardown and cleanup work is done by Chateau staff
White linens furnished for all of your guest tables based upon your package and guest count - the exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size.
You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).

Access to the facility is two hours prior to event time, four hours for event, one hour of teardown and cleanup. Day time events must end be out of the building by 4:00 PM. Each additional 30 minutes is $59.

Guidelines

To secure the date a non-refundable $100 deposit is required.
Deposits must be accompanied with a signed contract.
The remaining balance is due in full, 14 days prior to the event.
Catered for You is our in-house caterer. You may provide your own food and service, elect to have no food available or select your caterer for an additional fee of 300.00 on weekdays and 450.00 on Saturday AM and 600.00 for Saturday PM.
All alcohol must be purchased through and served by Catered For You.
We require a security deposit in the amount of $200.
