• A fully stocked bar!  Your guests will have their choice of unlimited mixed drinks, draft beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks for the duration of your event.  Your event may last up to 4 hours and you will have ample amounts of wine, beer, champagne and sodas.  You will not have to worry about running out.
• Bar set-ups for all of your bar needs such as disposable cups, ice and cocktail napkins, etc.
• Unlimited sodas will be available
• Your bar will use real glass bar ware.
• Professional bartenders and all necessary bar personnel. Our bartenders are TABC certified.

• Your choice of menu level. Scroll down page for an explanation of menu levels.
• Your guests will use our glass plating for your menu. *Crystal or china available.
• A "wow" buffet table presentation to include special lighting, extra buffet tables and lots of decor.
• Coffee served in our samovar with all condiments. Your choice of regular or decaf.
• Your choice of two non-alcoholic beverages
• Servers will greet guests at the door with a flavored tea or in cooler months, hot cider.
• Your menu will be printed on specialty paper - placed at the beginning of the buffet

Hall

• Hall rental for seven hours. *Additional time is sometimes available.
• All setup, teardown and cleanup work is done by Chateau staff
• White linens furnished for all of your guest tables based upon your package and guest count - the exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
• You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
• Up to 6 service tables.
• We will drape and skirt up to six service tables.
• Upgrade of your linens in certain colors will be included.

• Select beautiful guest table centerpieces from many unique styles. Many of our clients enjoy mixing and matching them. *Centerpiece treatments include ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and flower petals. Centerpiece treatments have an additional cost unless specifically stated in your package.
• One centerpiece treatment - choose a mirror, table sash or 3 votives per table
• Red carpet for guests as they arrive
• Your company name on our outside sign.
• Votive candles on all of the chair rails - room looks like a fairy land - beautiful!
• Necessities basket for the ladies room - fun and thoughtful
• Two coach lanterns with a glass hurricane vase and candles are placed in the entrance way.
• Room decorations include more than 1,000 fairy lights and grapevine
• The DJ will have the complete use of our specialty dance floor lighting. We have fun party lights and even a disco ball. A fog machine is also available.
• Professional lighting on buffet tables, sweetheart tables, cake tables, etc.
