Host your event on a Friday or Sunday evening and receive an $800.00 discount off the price of a package.
Host your event on Monday thru Thursday and receive a $1000.00 discount off the package price.
Host a Saturday daytime event that ends by 3:00 PM and receive a $1000.00 discount off the package price. This does not include brunch packages, which are already discounted.
Reduced rates are sometimes available for packages during the months of January and February. Please inquire.
Hosting a cake & punch reception may be another way to save. These can often be held on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and must end by 3:00 PM.
Sunday brunch receptions are another great way to save and are another increasingly popular time to celebrate. Brunch packages are already discounted.
Sorry, full discounts do not apply to holidays or the month of December. All discounts on packages are offered at 50% value during these times.

Many of our clients are searching for a great value. Some clients take the view that booking a reception during a discounted period will get a nicer reception for the same money as compared to a Saturday night. You get the same service, decor and menus. The only difference is the price!

Minimum Usage

Saturday evening events have a $6,000 minimum.
Friday evenings, Sunday evenings and Saturday daytime have a $2,500 minimum.
A minimum sale includes any combination of food, rentals, services, bar and photography.
January, February, March & November are off-peak months. There is a Sat. $4,000 minimum.

Service Charge

A 19% service charge provides professionally attired servers. Add sales tax to complete the invoice total. During the month of December, the service charge is 22%.
