Ultimate Quinceañera Reception Package

This package includes:

Bar

  • A fully stocked bar!  Your guests will have their choice of unlimited mixed drinks, draft beer, wine and soft drinks to enjoy for the duration of your event - up to 4 hours.
  • Professional, bartenders and all necessary bar personnel. Our bartenders are TABC certified.
  • Bar set-ups for all of your bar needs such as disposable cups, ice and cocktail napkins, etc.
  • A champagne or non-alcoholic champagne toast with traditional crystal champagne glasses for toasting.
Menu
  • Your choice of menu level. Scroll down page for an explanation of menu levels.
  • A "wow" buffet table presentation to include special lighting, extra buffet tables and lots of decor.
  • Your menu will be served on clear glass plates and with linen napkins. This is a presentation upgrade.
  • Your linen napkins will be folded and placed in a pretty basket for your guests. (Some colors of linens are available.)
  • Your choice of punch or iced tea will be added to any menu.
  • We will provide servers to cut and serve your cakes.
  • Coffee served in our samovar with all condiments. Your choice of regular or decaf.
  • Servers will greet guests at the door with a flavored tea or in cooler months, hot cider.
  • Your menu will be printed on specialty paper and placed at the beginning of the buffet. Your guests will be able to view the entire menu you selected.
  • Special boxed food presentation for the bride and groom to take as they leave.

Hall

  • The hall rental includes seven hours of service time. Two hours are allotted for set-up and this is a time reserved for vendors to set up for your reception. The four hours of reception time is when the guests attend and all vendors must be finished setting up. One hour of teardown is at the conclusion of your reception and is a time for vendors and family to remove supplies, gifts, etc. with the house lights turned on. *Additional time is sometimes available.
  • The hall rental also includes the setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
  • Our guest tables are round and seat 8-10 people. Up to 35 tables will be available for your use. The exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size.
  • All of your guest tables draped with white linens. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
  • You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
  • We will drape and skirt up to six service tables.

Service Amenities

  • Your choice of a special cake table treatment. Choose twinkle lights, a silver cake stand, tulle swags, tulle skirt, satin skirt, tulle canopy or an overlay.
  • Lights are placed under the wedding cake table that emit a soft glow from under your cake. This is an additional lighting effect that will highlight your cake table.
  • Select beautiful guest table centerpieces from many unique styles. Many of our clients enjoy mixing and matching them. *Centerpiece treatments include ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and flower petals. Centerpiece treatments have an additional cost unless specifically stated in your package.
  • Your centerpiece selection is upgraded to include your choice of one treatment.
  • We really roll out the red carpet for you and your guests with our red carpet runner.
  • Your names will be placed on both sides of our outside marquee.
  • Two chair covers for the honoree and special guest.
  • Votive candles are placed on all of the chair rails. These chair rails go around the room are on each wall. The votive candles provide a warm glow to the room that is beautiful, warm, and romantic.
  • A beautiful "necessities basket" is placed in the women's bathroom. This basket is filled with basic toiletry needs such as hair spray, deodorant, aspirin, and various personal care items.
  • Two pretty coach lanterns with a glass hurricane vase and candles are placed in the entrance way.
  • You can display your bridal portrait on our beautiful easel that will be located in the entrance foyer.
  • An attractive birdbath will be located in the foyer and is available for displaying your bubbles or favors.
  • We will reserve seating with reserved signs for special guests and family members.
  • Scented candles will be placed in the men and women's restrooms.
  • The room is decorated with up to six ficus trees, complete with twinkle lights.
  • We have a pretty glass topped iron table with mirror and sign-in light that will be located in foyer for your use. This table can be used by guests to register their names in your guest book.
  • There is an antique flower cart that will be placed in the foyer and be available for your use. Many of our receptions use this cart as a gift receiving table. *Flower cart can be decorated.
  • The DJ will have the complete use of our specialty dance floor lighting. We have fun party lights and even a disco ball. A fog machine is also available.
  • We will use our professional stage lighting to create a dramatic effect on your cake and buffet tables.
    *You can add a personal co-ordinator to direct your reception activities, but this is not included in the package price.

Menu Levels & Additions
  • Level One - menus will include a light selection of hors d'oeuvres or meal presented buffet style.

  • Level Two - menus will include either chef manned stations, heavy hors d'oeuvres or a dinner buffet. The level two menus contain either more food or nicer menu items than the level one menu.

  • Menus - We want your menu to include exactly what you want. We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace it with another menu item that is more to your liking. *Pricing may be adjusted.
  • Menu Additions - Chef manned stations and displays can be added to any menu or package. We also have brunch menus as well as cake and punch reception packages.
