• An additional non-alcoholic beverage of your choice to include sodas.
• Select beautiful guest table centerpieces from many unique styles. Many of our clients enjoy mixing and matching them. *Centerpiece treatments include ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and flower petals. Centerpiece treatments have an additional cost unless specifically stated in your package.
• Includes rental of hall for five hours. One hour for setup, three hours of service and one hour for cleanup.
• The hall rental also includes the setup, teardown and cleanup of hall.
• Our guest tables are round and seat 8-10 people. Up to 35 tables will be available for your use. The exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size.
• All of your guest tables draped with white linens. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
• You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
• We will drape and skirt up to four service tables.
• Real greenery will decorate the buffet table.
• The room is decorated with up to six ficus trees, complete with twinkle lights.
• We really roll out the red carpet for you and your guests with our red carpet runner.
