This package includes the rental of the facility PLUS:

Your choice of menu level. Scroll down page for an explanation of menu levels.
Menu items presented on garnished trays and in nice chafers.
Clear, disposable plating package *Crystal or china available.
Iced Tea.
Includes rental of hall for five hours. One hour for setup, three hours of service and one hour for cleanup.
All setup, teardown and cleanup work is done by Chateau staff White linens furnished for all of your guest tables based upon your package and guest count - the exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
All service tables - up to four.
Lap length drapes for all of your service tables.
Room decorations include more than 1,000 fairy lights and grapevine

Menu Levels & Additions

Level One - menus will include a light selection of hors d'oeuvres or meal presented buffet style.
Level Two - menus will include either chef manned stations, heavy hors d'oeuvres or a dinner buffet. The level two menus contain either more food or nicer menu items than the level one menu.

Menus - We want your menu to include exactly what you want. We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace it with another menu item that is more to your liking. *Pricing may be adjusted.

Menu Additions - Chef manned stations and displays can be added to any menu or package. We also have brunch menus as well as cake and punch reception packages.

The Chateau is shown by appointment - Tuesday through Saturday.
