No discounts apply to the basic rental package
Client is responsible for cleanup of hall
All tables must be bussed and all trash must be taken out.
The hall rental includes seven hours of service time. Two hours are allotted for set-up and this is a time reserved for vendors to set up for your reception. The four hours of reception time is when the guests attend and all vendors must be finished setting up. One hour of teardown is at the conclusion of your reception and is a time for vendors and family to remove supplies, gifts, etc. with the house lights turned on.
Our guest tables are round and seat 8-10 people. Up to 35 tables will be available for your use. The exact amount of tables and chairs we set up will depend on your party size.
You will have all of the chairs that are needed for your group size (up to 300).
Up to 5 service tables.
The DJ will have the complete use of our specialty dance floor lighting. We have fun party lights and even a disco ball. A fog machine is also available.
Linens, food, decorations or bar may be added separately. Ceremony charges are additional.
The Chateau is shown by appointment - Tuesday through Saturday.
