host pays for set up - guests pay for drinks

Guest is responsible for their own beverage purchases. The host pays only for setups, a cashier and bartenders.

Setups

• 1.50 per guest
• This includes the setting up and cleaning up of your bar, all equipment, ice, disposable cups, cocktail napkins, etc.

Hourly Bartender Rates

• 1 Bartender for 100 guests                                                            22.00 per hour
• Cashier                                                                                              15.00 per hour
• Bartenders - 4 hour minimum.

Barware

• Unlimited crystal glassware for all alcoholic beverages                            1.95 per guest
• You may order glassware by the each for champagne toasts, etc.            .65 per glass

Note:

• Prices are based on availability and a minimum of 150 guests.
• Beverage service concludes one half hour prior to the end of your event.
• We will gladly price any special requests.
• It is unlawful to bring alcoholic beverages into the building
