Listed below are two options to host a cash bar:

Charges can be accrued from actual consumption or service can be priced by the hour.

OPTION 1

Charges are accrued by cashier and based on actual consumption.

Non Alcohol Beverages

OPTION 2

Host pays one price for unlimited liquor, beer wine, champagne and soft drinks, by the hour.

 

Setups

• This includes the set up and clean up of your bar, all equipment, ice, disposable cups, cocktail napkins, etc.
• 2.00 per guest

 

Hourly Bartender Rates

• 1 bartender for 100 guests                                                               22.00 per hour
• Cashier                                                                                                15.00 per hour
• Bartenders - 4 hour minimum charge.
   

Barware

• Unlimited crystal glassware for all alcoholic beverages                            1.95 per guest
• You may order glassware by the each for champagne toasts, etc.            .65 per glass

• Beverage Selection (beer, wine & alcohol)

Note:

• Prices are based on availability and a minimum of 150 guests.
• Beverage service concludes one half hour prior to the end of your event.
• We will gladly price any special requests.
• It is unlawful to bring alcoholic beverages into the building
