PACKAGE INCLUDES
Banquet Hall
- Eight (8) hours of rental time – you must allow at least one hour for vendor setup and one hour for vendor tear down
- All setup and teardown of tables and chairs provided
- Floor length linens in your color choice for all of your guest tables
- White drape and skirting for six service tables provided
- Cake table draped floor length in your color with an overlay swagged up with brooches
- Dark brown chivari chairs provided
- Uplighting in your color for the hall
- Centerpieces for your guest tables – one vase, one candle
- One centerpiece treatment – sash, votives, mirror at the base
- Head table (up to four) draped and decorated
- Reserved seating sign
- All chair rails will have shimmering votive cups
Food / Non-alcoholic beverages
- Menu with food included – choose either Menu I, Menu II or Menu III
- All setup, teardown and cleanup work provided by the Chateau staff
- Chateau servers will buss tables
- Glass plating, silverware, white linen napkin, utensils and glasses furnished
- Two non alcoholic beverages served – choose ice tea, coffee, lemonade, pink Cadillac punch,
- Golden punch, raspberry tea, purple passion punch or pink lemonade
- Chateau staff will cut and serve your cake
Bar
- No alcohol may be brought into the Chateau
- One bartender – for four hours – all liquor priced for four hours
- 2 kegs domestic draft beer
- One signature drink (2 per guest)

Decor
- Paper lanterns, ceiling fabric and lighting on walls included
- A glass top table for gifts
- 22 x 35 elevated dance floor with spectator railing

About Menu Levels
Level One is a light menu offering of either light hors d'oeuvres or light buffet meal. However, this offering is not large enough to satisfy a ravenous crowd.
Level Two is a medium sized offering of either hors d'oeuves or a medium sized buffet meal.
Level Three is our most substantial offering of either a large hors d'oeuve menu or a large buffet menu.
Menus Note - We are flexible with the menus. You can change out menu items from any of our menus. Pricing may be adjusted.
Menu Additions - Chef stations, fruit & cheese displays, a chocolate fountain, etc. can be added to any menu or package.
