Cold Spark Fireworks:
These are welcome, but only if provided by a licensed pyro technician with an Event Permit. For more info, contact the Fort Worth Fire Marshal at 817-838-4660. Cold Sparks leave a fine grit that can damage the dance floor, which will result in a $250 maintenance fee. Make sure your vendor is licensed!
Dancing on the Clouds:
This effect is allowed and does not require any special permits.
Fog Machines:
Heated fog machines are welcome.
Confetti & Sparkle Cannons:
Unfortunately, these aren’t allowed—they can create a big mess and may affect your damage deposit.
Snow & Bubble Machines:
Not permitted, as they will make the floor slippery and unsafe.
DJ Equipment:
DJ s are welcome to bring video screens and specialty lighting.
Sound & Electrical Check:
We recommend testing all sound and electrical equipment before your party starts to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
